About

Provides an MCP tool for telecom SEP analysis and standard claim charting. Given a patent PN, it can recommend relevant 3GPP TS/TR standards, recall candidate standard sections, and run claim charting/AICC analysis. It also supports skipping TS recommendation with user-specified TS, or skipping both recommendation and recall with user-specified section ids.

Capabilities

standard_claim_charting

Analyze whether a telecom patent is a standard essential patent and perform standard claim charting. PN is required. PN-only mode runs the full workflow: PN resolution, TS/TR recommendation, section recall, and AICC claim charting. TS input skips recommendation. section_id input skips both recommendation and recall. claim_num selects a numbered claim for analysis.

Arguments
section_idarray

Optional standard section groups. When provided, TS recommendation and section recall are skipped and the tool proceeds directly to AICC claim charting.

langstring

Optional language parameter. Supports en and cn. zh or zh-CN is normalized to cn; other values default to en.

PN* Requiredstring

Required patent publication or grant number. Example: US8767570B2. The tool resolves the internal patent_id from the PN.

TSarray

Optional list of specified 3GPP TS/TR standards. When provided, TS recommendation is skipped and the tool proceeds to section recall and AICC analysis.

claim_numstring

Optional claim number to analyze, such as 1 or 2. When provided, the corresponding numbered claim is extracted as the analysis text.
