Overview

Retrieve the full result of a stage. Use generate_report for the final report; optional data.report_export is provided when the report completes and export succeeds. Top-level status=true does not mean the stage executed successfully; inspect data.stage_status. Jurisdiction filtering is passed through vector prefilters, so its absence from search_request.q does not prove that no filter was applied. Zero candidates does not mean no risk.
