field_options

Field-level options for drug, target, disease, organization, and drug_type. Each configured field accepts value_operator: AND or OR. At least one supported field must be configured. Omit this object to preserve the legacy OR behavior.

offset

Pagination offset, starting from 0.

post_date_to
string

Inclusive publication-date end. Use YYYY-MM-DD or a 13-digit millisecond timestamp. A compact YYYYMMDD value matches nothing. Example: '2024-12-31'
