Feishu desktop and Aily access
Use a Feishu account that can open Feishu Aily from the desktop sidebar and manage custom tools.
Use Feishu Aily custom MCP tools to connect Patsnap Open Platform MCP services to Feishu conversations. Configure the tool with HTTPStreaming, activate it in Aily, and guide users to invoke the configured MCP service in chat.
Feishu connects through Aily rather than a generic workspace integration. Prepare Feishu desktop access, Aily tool-management permission, and the MCP service details from Patsnap Open Platform.
Use a Feishu account that can open Feishu Aily from the desktop sidebar and manage custom tools.
Open the target MCP capability in Patsnap Open Platform and copy the public name, description, MCP URL, and API key from the signed-in account.
When creating the custom MCP tool in Aily, select HTTPStreaming as the transport method so the tool can communicate with the MCP service.
Follow the actual Feishu Aily path: enter Aily, open the tools menu, create a custom MCP tool, fill the Patsnap MCP fields, select HTTPStreaming, and add the tool to the Aily tool list.
Open Feishu desktop and enter Feishu Aily from the left navigation.
Click the plus button near the chat input to open the attachment and skill menu.
Enter the Tools menu and choose Tool management.
Click New tool and choose Custom tool to start adding the Patsnap MCP service.
Enter the name, description, request URL, and select HTTPStreaming as the transport method. Log in to Patsnap Open Platform (https://open.zhihuiya.com) to get the required details. For field meanings, seeMCP tool field configuration
Click Add so the MCP service is added to the Feishu Aily tool-management list.
These fields come from Feishu Aily's custom MCP tool dialog. Users should copy the MCP service name, description, request URL, and API key from their signed-in Patsnap Open Platform account.

After setup, return to the Aily chat surface, confirm the tool is active, and guide users to explicitly ask Aily to call the configured MCP service.
After adding the tool, confirm the Patsnap MCP capability appears in Tool management.
Return to the Aily chat surface and confirm the tool appears in the tool list and is enabled.
Ask Aily to call the configured MCP service in the prompt so tool selection is more stable.
